Return and Refund Policy

At Crow’s Tourmaline, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, most items may be returned or exchanged.

• Eligible Items: All non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn, and unused condition.
   
• Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
   
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
